Grey Wolf Lodge YOGA RETREAT!
“Let go and Breath” 5:00 – 7:30 PM
The first class will be a well rounded yoga class designed to shake off stress from responsibility’s and your travels. It will incorporate a Vinyasa flow class and Kundalini Yoga Class to strengthen our aura (Magnetic field) and increase our awareness. By using sequencing, postures, breath, and meditation we will optimize health, gather energy, and literally unfold.

6:00-7:30 AM - Morning meditation- Sadhana
9:00-11:30 AM - Morning Power yoga Class designed to strengthen and stretch the body, mind and spirit. A powerful practice incorporating sun salutations, inversions, balances, as well as navel and arm strengthening.
11:30-5:00 PM - OPEN
5:00-7:30 PM - Continuation of “Raising our Energy, Awareness, and Kundalini”
This Kundalini yoga class will incorporate asana’s, breathing techniques and meditation to raise our energy and awareness. A journey through each chakra will give us a clear understanding of energy RISING. With our energy balanced and in alignment with ourselves, we will end the day feeling balanced, grateful, and blissful.

8:30-11:00 AM - (Yoga & Meditation)
By listening to our heart, dreams, we can start to open ourselves to options & opportunity as we also let go of insecurity and fear. Happiness follows as you find yourself in the right place at the right time and your live starts to flow…like a river…and the world starts to support you and what you do.
Things to do at Grey Wolf Lodge
The yoga studio and lodge will be open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The Studio is available between classes for students who want to practice and meditate on their own. There is also a sauna in the building or you can schedule a massage, during your free time.
Outdoor activities are plentiful. The grounds and the surrounding area are great for running, hiking, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, and playing a game of volleyball, Mini-golf, or Frisbee-golf.
The lodge will also be open for people to gather, hang out and play pool, foosball or pinball, watch TV (an idea), and use the wireless internet. In the evening you can sit around the bonfire or cook yourself a gourmet meal on the grill and relax as you gaze at the brilliant northern stars….
Weekend with yoga and lodging: $399.00 (based upon single occupancy)

About The Instructor
Sat Nam Kaur (Carol Carlson) is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher since 1990 who has been practicing many styles of yoga since the early 1980’s. She studied and taught yoga daily for 18 years in NYC; Teaching at yoga studios, health clubs, businesses (Scholastic), privately and at “Kundalini Yoga East” until 2000. Although Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is her base, she practices and blends other yoga styles. Carol practiced for years at the Jivamukti Yoga Studio in NY, and continues practicing Ashtanga, Power, Iyengar, and Bikram styles of yoga.
My classes are a blend of a strong physical practice, equaled with focus on breath pranayama, & meditation to renew the body open the mind and experience our spirit. Kundalini meets Vinyasa flow if you will. All Carol’s classes have intention. We work to our capacity on strength & flexibility; we work on purification techniques as well as open your horizons to a broader perspective. Each class will leave you balanced, at peace and inspired.

Class schedule will change in May...no classes scheduled for Sat.March 6&13, and the week of March 20th - 28th. No class on Sat. April 17th. Carol will be deepening her own yoga practice during these times, she will be attending some yoga intensives.
