    • Voyageurs National Park & Orr Area Information Center: South of Orr on Highway #53. Stop in at our beautiful tourist center for all of the information on everything there is to see and do in Orr and all around Voyageur Country.
    • Comet Theater: 102 South River Street in Cook, Minnesota. Established in 1939, the Comet Theater is now celebrating 70 years in business. The Comet Theater is the longest continuous running movie theater in the state of Minnesota.
    • River Street Square Yoga Center: At your cabin on Lake Vermilion, or on vacation at one of Northern MN. many beautiful lakes,  ”River Street Square” in Cook,MN. is your place for quality yoga classes. Carol Carlson offers 5 classes a week. 
    • Orr Bog Walk: The Orr Bogwalk is one of the region's nicest interpretive trails. It is located directly behind the Orr Visitor's Center, on Highway #53, in Orr.
    • Vermilion Gorge: At a leisurely pace, this 1.3 mile trail can be easily hiked in 3 hours. The last portion of the trail parrallels the rugged landscape of sheer granite cliffs and rock outcropings of the Vermillion River along the Vermillion Gorge.
    • Vermilion Falls: A ten-minute hike on a well-maintained trail puts the visitor at Vermillion Falls, a cascading torrent of water forced through a 10 foot wide opening in the granite outcrops.
    • Vince Shute Wildlife Sanctuary: Home of the American Bear Association. Watch black bears in their natural habitat from the safety of an elevated viewing platform. Plenty of wildlife species to watch and photograph. Vince Shute Bear Sanctuary
    • Orr City Park: Beach, Fishing Dock North of Orr on Highway #53
    • Orr General Store and Mecantile: Historic general store constructed to serve poineer logging camps. Now housing unique northwoods gift shop, coffee and ice cream parlor and art gallery. Full of the charm of days-gone-by, the Orr General Store has served many purposes in it's 100+ years. Inn, tavern, dancehall, community center, brothel and more. Rich in history.
    • Superior National Forest: Canoe Routes, Hiking Trails, Back-country Camping, Cross-country ski trails, Hunting, Fishing, Bird and Wildlife Watching.
    • Voyageurs National Park: Boat tours, Historic Kettle Galls Hotel, Naturalist programs, Free canoe rides, Snowmobile Trails and Interpretive Centers at Rainy Lake, Kabetogama and Ash River, Ellsworth Rock Garden... a great picnic spot! Voyageurs National Park consists thousands of acres of pristine lakes and northwoods beauty. Bald Eables nest on the many islands and the call of the Loon echoes over the water.
